RUGBY AND BASKETBALL
KEREPEEHI PLAY N'GATEA The Kerepeehi School played football and basketball matches against Ngatea at Kerepeehi on Friday afternoon. Kerepeehi won the rugby match by nine to six and Ngatea won the basketball, A team nine to 11, B team five to three. The Kerepeehi teams were as under:— Rugby.—J. Jordan, T. Rima (capt.), S. Benny (vice-capt.), J. Taylor, G. Parata, E. Gage, P. Rawlins, K. Harvey, P. Conner, M. Herewini, G. Rangi, G. McNiece, V. Quayle, B. Thompson, W. Kearns. Basketball.—A team: F. Strong (capt.), M. Nicholson (vice-capt.), M. Parata, M. Rangi,- A. Whirihana, B. Hayes, R. Thompson, P. Jordan, P. Woodbridge. B. team: J. Murray (capt.), T. Wentworth (vice-capt.), D. Wentworth, B. Dennison, E. Jordan, M. Godkin, V. C-ollins, E. Te Whata, P. Innis. .
