Painting Tenders The Railway Department invites tenders, in this issue, for the exterior repainting (labour only)' of Railway dwellings- at Frankton Junction, Morrinsville and Paeroa. Building On Plains Only one building permit for additions to a dwelling owned by Mr J. Thrupp was issued during the past month, reported the- county enginner, Mr E. Hazledine-ißarber, to the September meeting of the H'auraki Plains 'County Council. Sacred Concert A sacred concert will be held in the Regent Theatre on Saturday, Septembei’ 30, commencing at 8.30 p.m. when the Paeroa Municipal Band and the Paeroa Choral Society will stage their first appearance. A silver collection will be made in aid of band funds.
