BETTER ROAD WANTED
REQUEST TO THE COUNCIL ■STAFF 'SHORTAGE BLAMED At the August meetinfg of the Coromandel County Council Mr H. W. Hinds wrote asking for improvements in roading. Councillors .stated that they realised that a (better road was required, but at (present there was a shortage of quarrymen with the necessary qualifications to obtain metal. Or. E. Simpson: We need some more capable men and one on our side of the county. The matter regarding the road was left with Cr. ,W. 'Hamilton.
