TWO RESIGNATIONS
PRODUCTION COUNCIL
MESSRS HUDSON AND' ALLO
Resignations from Messrs C. L. Hudson, merchants’ representative, and A. V. Allo, Department of Agrictulture representative, both of whom will leave Thames Shortly, were received by the Thames District Council of Primary Production at its last meeting.
Mr Hudson, who will go to Whakatane, wrote saying it had been a pleasure and a valuable experience to him to be associated with the council during the past 14 months. Mr Allo, who will go to Tauranga, expressed appreciation of the courtesy and consideration always shown him.
In paying a tribute to the work of both members, Mr S. E. Hall, chairman, said Mr Hudson had been particularly valuable as a member of the Fertiliser Committee.
Others agreed that both members would be greatly missed.
