FREE PICTURES IN EVENING
Members of the Paeroa Ladies’ Patriotic Committee provided morning and afternoon tea on Tuesday for a large number of servicemen recently returned from overseas and visiting Paeroa for a medical re-board. Appreciation of the kindness extended to them was expressed by many of the visitors. x
On Monday night arrangements were made by the Paeroa District Patriotic Committee for all visiting servicemen to attend the Regent Theatre to view the programme, the management generously providing free passes for this purpose.
