DISTRICT MANPOWER OFFICER PRIMARY PRODUCTION COUNCIL At the September meeting of the Thames District Council of Primary Production, Mi- E. W. Harris moved and Mr S. E. Hall seconded that the council place on record its appreciation of the valuable help, guidance, assistance and information given to the council during the past year by Mr R. W. Chappell, District ManPower Officer, Paeroa, as a member representing the National Service Department and the co-operation so willingly shown by his office and staff at all times which has been of the utmost value to members, the council and its secretary.
