BONERS EASE

VALUES AT MORRINSVILLE

GOOD ENTRY OF EAT PIGS

The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company Limited, report that at their weekly stock sale held at Morrinsville on Friday there was a small yarding of fat sheep with prices firm. The entry of store lambs comprised a line of good conditioned black faced lambs which sold at recent ruling values. Beef was yarded in average numbers comprising mostly light weight cattle. Bidding was restricted and values eased on last sale. A full yarding of boner cows also showed an easing tendency.

There was a good entry of fat pigs and a lighter yarding of stores and weaners. Competition throughout was steady with values on a par with last week’s rates.
