That the nuisance of wandering stock is becoming more prevalent was emphasised by the Automo-

bile Association, in a letter .to

“Numerous cimplaints have been received by the association from members concerning wandering stock on county roads and it would seem that this nuisance is becoming more prevalent.

“There has been a number of near accidents as a result and the association has taken the matter up with the
