HAVE YOU EVER TRIED THIS?

For cleaning kitchenware steel wool, rubbed with soap, gives a .brilliant polish which lasts, a long time. Used steel wool will keep rustless for weeks if kept covered with water. In cream of vegetable soups I use a small tip of cream, not milk, as milk has a habit of curdling. I stir the cream in gently at the last minute, one tin being enough for four persons. I have a medium-sized attachecase in which I keep all polishes, blacklead, silver-polish, Brasso, pol-ishing-cloths, brushes and dusters. When I clean a room I take my case in, open it and use as required, saving legs, time and temper.
