CLEARING OF ROM ATA DRAINS . PROBLEM FOR THE COUNTY “Most of the drains in the Komata North area have 'been cleaned and at last meeting 1 it was stated that of those not completed work was under, way, ‘but the .contractor has not gone on with the work and although every effort has (been made it has been impossible to get labour to complete the works,” reported the engineer, Mr L. E. Shaw, to the monthly meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council.
