PAEROA LADIES ASSOCIATION. SATURDAY’S MATCHES. ' On Saturday next two matches will be' played at Paeroa Domain under the control of. the Paeroa Ladies Hockey Association. At 1.45 p.m. the Waratah White team wjll meet the True Blues, and at 2.45 the winner of this match will meet the Waratah Green team.

That there were sufficient applications for art unions lodged in Wellington to last New Zealand 14i years was a remark made by Mr G. Dickinson (chairman), at a meeting of the Canterbury. Football .Association. There was' no Consideration given to priority of application, but to the humanitarian and progressive aspects of the cause.
