OBITUARY
MR. THOMAS STAGPOOLE. The death occurred on Monday last at the School House, Ohinewai, of Mr Thomas Stagpoole, in his 63rd year. The late Mr Stagpoole had just recently been transferred from Hobsonville school to headmaster of the Ohinewai school. He was educated at New Plymouth and had been in the teaching service for 40 years. He always took a keen interest in athletics. The interment took place at Kimihia Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.
