The American Press Budapest correspondent states; American oilmen estimate Germany has drawn millions of tons of oil from Rounrania :, i 1010, despite ice floods, and earthquakes and forecast rising imports. Some refine! ios were damaged, but fully stocked ship incuts are being made from stores, • mtil the refineries resume. The only effect on the Axis military plans may he a consumption of reserves which otherwise were held for campaigns in the Balkans and Middle East.
