BULGARIAN STATEMENT. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright). - (Received this day at 2 p.m.) SOFIA, April 29. M. Popoff stated': “I do not see any immediate danger threatening our neighbours, but if danger appears, Bulgaria will he a loyal member of the Balkan family, caul do nothing to weaiien the mutual confidence necessary for Balkan prosperity.”
