4 AN ALL-AUSTRALIA CONFER. • . (Australian. Press Association). SYDNEY, September 6. •The All-AustraJju Rotary Confer--ence which is being attended by sev-. Zealand delegates, was opened to-day by a recorded speech by the Federal Attorney-General and the war-time Prune Minister (lit. Hon. W- Mr Hughes), while Mr Ralph 31 aynard, President of the Sydney Rotary Club, welcomed a thousand delegates representative of Rotary International. Dr. Crawford McCullough announced that Australia now had 3500 Rotarians.
