— . TO NEW ZEALAND’S DEAD. (United Press Association—By Electm Telegraph—Copyright) (Received this day at 9.33 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 31. Seventy New Zealanders, resident in New York, presented a bronze plaque to the New Zealand Pavilion in the World’s Fair, commemorating the New Zealand war dead, and dedicated to ideals of perpetual peace. A New Zealand society was later formed.

The plaque will be sent to Wellington after tbe closing of the fair.
