FRENCH DOCTOR'S CLAIM. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, May 26. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: “Doctor Harry Plot/-, head of the laboratory of the Pasteur Institute, told the French Academy of Medicine tlvat he find discovered a germ that causes measles. It was a “filterable virus,” and Dr. Plotz said lie believed it possible to develop serum vaccine to prevent the disease but it might, take venrs of research.
