THEFT CHARGE

PLEA OF GUILTY. (Per Press Association Copyrignt) ASH BURTON, April 28. Albert Edward Lindeloff, a labourer, to-day pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence, on charges of breaking. entering and theft, and assaulting David James Mclntyre, aged 69, and causing bodily harm, on the night ol April 12.
