RESCUE DELAYED. (United Press Association— By Electrit Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, February 11. The Oslo correspondent, of the. “Daily Telegraph” says: The speed of the ice floe on which the Russians are camped is now thirty miles daily. This has upset the idans to rescue Papauin and his party from the floe. It is now believed that they must remain on the floe until they reach navigable waters, where ships can approach the floe.
