MR LANG’S ADDRESS, (Australian Press Aosociation). SYDNEY, February 10. Mi - J. Lang, addressing a conference of the Australian Labour Party Electorate, Branch Presidents, Party Officials and Labour Members of Parliament, disclosed the main points that will b* ideluded in his election policy speech. These were the abortion of the wages tax, and “if unemployment is low; as the Premier claims it will be,’’ a forty hour week by legislation, and thirdly the introduction of legislation to break up large estates. ,
