Izor Klian Noon, High Commissioner for India, aft&r the launching of the steamer, GlAsgbW, said India not only heeded a strong army for defence of herself and the EnP pire, hut a stronger navy and merctianfc service. It is the desire of every patriotic Indian to see India so strong in all respects, that she .will prove a leal source of strength to,the British Commonwealth of nations.- ,
