(United Press Association—By Electric
Telegraph—Copyright)
BUCHAREST, September 22
Consternation has been caused by the announcement by Doctor Valerian Pop, Minister of Trade and Industry, that all foreigners who had arrived in RoUmania since 1928, must leave. He added: “Foreigners are occupying too many places in trade and industry. Neither conscience or international law can prevent us requesting them to get out.”
