A GRANDSTAND
COLLAPSES WITHOUT WARNING. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). COLOGNE, September 16. A grandstand, on which five thousand, included high-placed diplomats were watching a military parade, crumpled into an area without warning. Many of those injured suffered broken legs and arms. The parade was suspended/the troops rescuing the victims.
