NEW IHVEII RETURN. The return for the week from tho New River dredge was 290 z from 9GOO yards treated, in 118 hours’ dredging time. AHGO. The Argo dredge return is 82oz for 129 urs and 1G,500 yards. MATARI JUNCTION. The Murchison Mataki Junction return for the week ended September 9 was 750 z of smelted gold for 130 hours and 19,009 yards dredged. GOLDEN SANDS. The Golden Sands return was 31oz odwt for 34 shifts. WAfPAPA BEACH. The future operations of the Waipapa Beach Gold Dredging Company, Ltd., are causing concern. The highly / payable ground is now very limited. I In the opinion of the managing director, the payable ground the dredge can work will not last more than eight or 10 weeks.
