MUNICH, August 23. A congress of the Nazi foreign Gerhians is being Held at Stuttgart shortly under the auspices of the organisation for fostering. Germanism abroad.' General Goering and Dr. Goebbels are to speak. The journalist Langer who was expelled from England on August 10 is expected to be a guest of honour. Ten thousand delegates will attend. Herr Bohles states that the congress Will combat .the accusation being made abroad against the Nazi organisations in foreign countries. The “Tageblatt” says that Herr Bohles’ task is' to bind- all Germans abroad to the Reich,-because Germanism and Nazism are one. Herr Bohles, as chief of the foreign organisation, can announce his measures throughout the world through , , the ( Foreign J Office. ! These * to. include orders that a Nazi ‘leader should appear at all functions abroad to which the Germun Charge D’Affaires are invited.
