PLANE SOLD
THE ATLANTIC FLIGHT (United Press .Association—By Electric Telegra pli—Copyright.). (Received this day at 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 13. The Air Ministry has sold the Comet in which Scott, and Black won the Melbourne Air Race, to Thomas Upton. ;i metal merchant, who intends to fly it, in tho Lindberghs Anniversary TransAtlantic Air Race in August. The race, was originally planned lor May, Gut has been postponed till August for Let-tor!weather. Loptoti is the winner of many races in England. His son, John, aged 15 years, is already an experienced flier and may bo his copilot across the Atlantic.
