The suggestion that citizens might care to contribute to a presentation fund in honour of the activities and achievements of Mr. Jas. O’Brien, M.P. met with a generous response last evening. <
A number of collectors canvassed a portion of the town, with the result that to date' the donations stand at the sum of £lB.
