Many new “crimes’* are included in the penal code, on which Nazi experts have worked for three years, and which are now published. They iuelude hard labour for publicly ridiculing marriage and motherhood, inciting birth control, assaults against German honour, especially severe punisnmont for verbal attacks on Hitler. -
Publication of offensive matter uug up from history will be punished regardless of whether it is true or false.
Further crimes ar e the disparagement of the heroism of the German army, and “venerable men and -women in German history,” such as Hindenburg and Horstwessel, the malicious creation of shortage of vial commodities, the incitement of strikes and lockouts, and incitement to sui- ' cide. - ■ ■ .
