MISS BATTEN LANDS IN IRAQ (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 2.10 p.m.) BAGHDAD, October 6. Miss Jean Batten landed at the Iraq Petroleum Company’s pumping station, midway between Damascus and Baghdad. She is expected at Baghdad to-morrow.
