The-capture of Algeciras was admitted following the surrender of the garrison to Moors. The Minister of the Interior claims a cruising movement in Catalonia. General Goded surrendered unconditionally- - He was mainly responsible for the fall of th e dictatorship with the airman Ramon, whose brother Franco is leading the present revolt. 1 A censored niessage from Lisbon states the radio at the Seville station is in the hands of the rebels, a nd broadcast the announcement that the rebels dominated all provinces with the exception of Asturias, Catalina and Galicia. They also captured the wireless station at Cadiz, where th e Governor proclaiined maitial law. , The Madrid station, is endeavouring to jamb the Seville radio. A censored message from Madrid states that'.many soldiers took advantage- of tne Government’s offer to abandon regiments if they were not sympathetic. Officers and several hundred soldiers in Madrid offered, their services to the Government to carry out any duties. Taxi loads of red militia armed by the authorities are patrolling Madrid.. Tlie Government claims loyal submarines arrived at Malaga. Loyal warships bombarded Melitia and Ceuta. WARSHIPS MUTINY (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) TANGIER, JULY 20. Six Spanish warships assembled here placed their officers under the hatches.
