General inference: A depression Is now passing eastwards off Nev Zealand, and an anticyclone is approaching across tlio Tasman Sea. The forecast is for moderate to strong southwest to southerly winds, later decreasing. Weather cold and changeable with some passing showers at first, but improving gradually. Seas moderate.
