(Received this day at 11 a.m.) COR ADO SPRINGS, (Colorado), May 13. Twenty-three persons are reported dead and missing as the result ul flood conditions in mountain streams, which carried away bridge and road communications. At Glendo, six are dead, and many are reported missing.
