KISOH AGAIN APPEALING

SYDNEY, January 22
Egon Kisch was sentenced to three months’ hard labour on his .conviction as being a prohibited immigrant. He was released, on bail, pending his making a, further appeal to the Quarter Sessions. Costs amounting to £52 were awarded against him.
