MELBOURNE, Jan. 23The State Cabinet has adopted the proposal by the Premier (Sir Stanley Argvle) that electors at the State elections in March he asked to agree to the extension of the life of the Assembly from three to five years on the ground that the present brief term is an unsettling factor in both political and econmie I Lie.
