“I suppose I can. call this a valedictory speech,” said the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, when referring to his impending departure from tne Dominion, during his speech at che Incheon at the Show -grounds today. “I must stly, with some sadness, that my wife and I are* shortly about to flit to our' ancestral haunts, in the Old Land, but, speaking without exaggeration, we .shall leave .behind Us no small part of our hearts and sympathies. None ■ will learn of your returning prosperity with more genuine joy r .”
