“RED” CONFERENCE POSTPONED (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LON DON, September 26. The “Daily Express’ ” Warsaw correspondent says: The world congress of the Communist International has been postponed until 1935. This is attributed to the illness of MiStalin', who was given five injections to reduce blood pressure on Tuesday and Wednesday.
