NEW PLYMOUTH, July 9. -A special'train with Rugby excursionists from Auckland was delayed for -two- horn's when it rail into a slip at 2,25 to-day at Tuhua. Heavy rajn brought down a slip of large papa boulders. The cowcatcher of the engine was-badly twisted and had to be removed before the train could proceed. The woodwork on one carriage was ’slightSy splintered. The train pulled up very suddenly, but no passenger's were injured.
