Harry Charles Pollok, a British business man, and Kabil, a Syrian, were sentenced to five and four years’ hard labour respectively. They were found guilty under the ordinance protection of official secrets. Th c proceedings were in camera. Pollok and Kahil were arrested aboard a French steamer departing for Tunis. Pollok worked for tin* Ministry of Munition in war time.
