At the North Berwick golf contest, second round, Misses Ivay and Gaisford defeated 'the sisters, Misses E. and N. Sawyers, 5-4. In the third round, the sisters Jessie (girl champion) and Isa Anderson, defeated Misses Kay and Gaisford. KIRKWOOD AND SAKAZEN NEW YORK, June 12. Kirkwood and Sarazen sailed for England to-night to start an elevenmonths’ world-wide golf tour. After playing in the British open championships, they will visit a number of European countries and India, and will arrive in Australia in time for the 25,000 dollars Melbourne open championship.
