William Parry Hollings was charged in the-Magistrate’s Court to-day with the theft of £650 from Samuel Wilson, by fraundulently applying the proceeds or a cheque for that amount to a purpose other than the . investment.... of, >it . on the security of first mortgage. .Hollings was struck off the solicitors’ roll, by ordrr of the Appeal Court, in March. The ease is proceeding Stanley Keith Swan, charged with negligently driving a motor cycle and thereby causing the death of Edgar Wilfred London, was to-day committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail of £75 was allowed.
