The (Nazi building programme, including the foundation of a thousand new towns, is announced >->y Gottfried Fcder, tlie commissar iQ-f -internal colonisation.
Tow’ns with populations to a hundred thousand are expected to he completed within a- generation. The intention is to transfer the inhabitants on the fringes of big cities to chosen areas suitable fior the production of raw materials.
