W COAST FEDERATION FORMED GREYMOUTH, Oct. 14. A meeting of delegates from AVest (bast teams was jund to consider the formation of a federation of aero clubs throughout the AVest Coast, the proposal being approved by the entire meeting.

Those present were Messrs H. AV. do Castro (chairman, Grqymouth), H. ’l. Parry, J Benton, AA 7 . Flynn and H. Preston (Hokitika), G. B Melu-rc-e, J. Green and AY. Kemp-teed (Ikamatua), F, AA 7 . Kitchinghain, AA 7 . E. Norton and A. J. McDowali (Greymouth and J. Bailsford (act'.ngseeietary). Tile reply from the Controller of Civil Aviation, together wtili other correspondence on the subject, was discussed, and it was decided that preliminary steps be taken to form a federation of the Clubs 011 the AVest Coast, and that a copy of the minutes of the meeting be sent to each Club, The Federation is to make immediate application for affiliation to the New Zealand Aero Club After discussion it was decided that the name of the Club be the West Coast (5.1.) Federated Aero Club (to be incorporated). For the purpose of bringing about affiliation with the N.Z. Aero Club,
