(Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) CAPETOWN, October 11. Both the Free State Nationalists congress and the Cape South Afr.can party congress accepted the principle of fusion into one political party, and authorised their leaders to proceed to frame
a constitution for the Centre party, the name of which, General Hertzog suggested should be the South African Nationalist party.
