URGED BY HOSPITAL BOARD.
(Per Press Association—- Copyright.)
CHRISTCHURCH,, May 22.
The restoration of the ten per cent, cut in the time of the men who are employed on relief works is being urged by the North Canterbury Hospital Board, which is circularising all of the local authorities, asking their assistance in the matter.
It is contended by the Hoard that if this cut is restored, it will make material difference in the homes of Tteise poople, whose earnings are slender.
