AUCKLAND, April 17
A labourer, Arthur William Geoffrey Mold, aged 29, appeared on charges of attempting to steal two motor tyres,valued at £25, the property of Ferguson land Few, and obtaining £1 lCs from Earl, Kent, Massey and Northcroft.' solicitors, by false pretences.
