THIRTEEN SAILORS DROWNED. OSLO, November 7. Thirteen sailors were drowned when ia temp cist capsized the trawler Gold en Deepes while it was sheltering at Breiviks bo tn. The vessel had dropped both anchors and during a lull the captain and two passengers ■ landed, but a rerewial of the tempest dragged the anchors and overturned the vessel in eight of peetators ashore, whib the crew were frantically strugg! jig to cast new nnchors. Some clung to the rigging until overwhelmed and others tried vainly to swim ashore, but the storm' precluded any chance of rescue.
