LONDON, November 1

To these must be added the navy s air fleet, of fifty seaplanes in the Bailie, three groups in the Black Sea, consisting of 105 seaplanes, and twelve groups of observation ’planes. Besides the crews 'already manning this •n-eat air fleet, 5000 pilots and mechanics are undergoing training in aviation schools.

This estimate does not include the many schools of tho civilian aeronautic?! organisations, which are expected to supply large numbers of air combatants in the event of hostilities.
