PAPER “BULLET” IN COUNCIL. LONDON, October 4. During an uproar last night at a, meeting of Finsbury Borough Council a screwed-up copy of the council’s minutes, thrown from the public gaflcry, struck the Mayor, Alderman S. 0. Nunn, on the head. Owing to constant interruptions from the gallery Alderman 0. M. Richards •had moved that the council be adjourned for five minutes.
