YOUTHS AS SPEAKER'S. SYDNEY, February 29. A new phase of the Communist campaign began in the Sydney Domain, when two mere lads of sixteen years made their debut, yesterday, before crowds of people, and with ‘halting speech and not a little embarrassment, addressed them on Communist doctrines, “the rotten capitalist system,” and scoffed at the British Empire. According to press reports, while this tragedy of exploited youth was coming on, some were found to applaud these immature conscripts oi the Red cause.
