A CRASH
BY DUTCH AIR MAIL. FIVE PERSONS KILLED. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 9.25 a.m) SINGAPORE, December 7. The Dutch Air Mail was overthrown, when leaving Doiimuang, Siam,, on the way home. Five aboard were killed. Brinsmead, a passenger suffered concussion and broken ribs. His con*dition on Sunday night huff improved since the morning, The plane failed to rise and struck an embankment, A wheel came off and it overturned in a paddy field.
KINGSFORD SMITH’S PROGRESS.
SINGAPORE, December 7
Kingsford Smith arrived on the scene at noon, and having refuelled, hopped off for Rangoon. Brinsmead joined the plane afc Alorstar. He is now in Rangoon hospital. A Rangoon message says that Kingsford Smith has arrived there.
